The goal of the targeted stakeholder consultation procedure is to collect feedback from relevant stakeholders on Xt-EHR deliverables that are related to specifications detailed in the European Health Data Space (EHDS) regulation.

Since this deliverable (D8.3: “Wellness application labelling guidelines”) was shared in April as an early draft version with major sections not yet fully developed, we are now sharing an updated version of D8.3 to gather invaluable feedback from stakeholders and experts in a second consultation phase (please see document 02 for rationale for sharing an updated version of D8.3).

The deadline to provide comments on D8.3 is 5 December 2025.

Please note that per organisation only one commenting document is accepted. 

Feedback on the deliverables is collected on national level in all participating European countries as well as via the Members of the eHealth Stakeholder Group EHTEL is part of. On a national level, stakeholders are selected in a Member State specific process that varies across the different countries. If they are not selected, they can submit their comments via EHTEL, and we will consolidate them.
