TEAMCARE is an EU Project funded by the European Commission that brings together partners representing education and training providers, healthcare authorities, employment and educational research, public authorities, and European networks to develop a new EU Curriculum for health and social care professionals delivering person-centered care in the community.

This Final Conference represents a unique opportunity to discover the TEAMCARE training package, connect directly with project partners and pilot teams, and explore how these resources can be effectively adopted and tailored to diverse educational, health, and social care settings across Europe. 

TEAMCARE has successfully developed and tested a comprehensive European training package designed to empower health and social care professionals working within Community-Based Interprofessional Teams.
